But the international banking system is closed to Iranians. An Iranian card doesn't work on a foreign payment gateway. $100 of exam fees can mean weeks of chaos, hidden charges, or permanently missing a registration window — derailing plans that took years to build.

We built AbroadPay because access to international education and opportunity shouldn't depend on having a Visa card or a foreign bank account. AbroadPay uses payment routes outside Iran to complete foreign payments on your behalf. Your Rial stays untouched until the order is formally placed. Your documents are stored encrypted and used only to verify your identity.

We absorb exchange-rate volatility inside the lock window. If a payment fails, the refund is calculated at the rate you originally paid — not the market rate on the day we return your money.

Rate locked — we absorb in-window moves
بعد از تأیید سفارش، قیمت ریالی برای پنجرهی اعلامشده (معمولاً ۶۰–۱۲۰ دقیقه) قفل میماند تا بتوانید پول را جور کنید. اگر نرخ ارز در این بازه تغییر کند، ما تفاوت را جذب میکنیم — نه شما.
After order confirmation, the Rial price is locked for the stated window (typically 60–120 minutes) so you have time to gather funds. If the exchange rate moves inside this window, we cover the difference — not you.
